Nawa o! first it was holidays and vacations in the moon, now countries inside water! Not like its new sha. We get Villages on top water Naija. Abi them different..Lmao.
I doubt if these very novel idea of having artificial nations via islands in the middle of the high seas would succeed in repelling the reach of the international legal order, after all they would form part of the world since they are not going to be situated in Mars anyway.
But on a comparative basis, the novelty of the idea is one which venture capitalists of African or more precisely Nigerian origin would do well to emulate.
...Amazing stuff! The sheer audacity of the idea is what gets to me!
